Overview
This body of work was developed for Pantaloons, one of India’s leading fashion retail brands. The projects were executed on a campaign-by-campaign basis, focusing on retail communication design. The scope involved designing marketing assets that support seasonal launches, sales periods, and special collections. The work required adaptability across formats—ranging from catalogues and emailers to outdoor hoardings and in-store digital displays. 
All projects were delivered in collaboration with marketing agency Chalk & Chini.
Design Intent
The primary intent across all Pantaloons projects was to ensure clarity, visibility, and commercial effectiveness. 
Each asset needed to communicate quickly and clearly while remaining visually aligned with Pantaloons’ established brand system.


Key objectives included:
Highlighting products and pricing without visual clutter
Designing adaptable layouts for fast-moving retail cycles
Ensuring campaign messaging remained legible across scales
Project Breakdown

1. Seasonal Product Catalogue — Winter Edit
This project focused on designing a winter collection catalogue showcasing seasonal apparel and key looks.
The catalogue was designed to function both as a marketing asset and a sales support tool, keeping visuals approachable and commercial.

Design focus:
Structured layouts for easy product scanning
Balanced image-to-text ratios for retail readability
Consistent typography aligned with Pantaloons’ brand language
2. Emailer, Banner Design — Campaign Communication
A series of email marketing creatives were designed to support ongoing promotions, launches, and seasonal messaging.
Each emailer balanced brand familiarity with campaign freshness, ensuring recognition while keeping content engaging.
Design focus:
Strong visual hierarchy for quick engagement
Clear CTA placement and readability on screens
Optimised layouts for visual continuity with larger campaign themes
3. Outdoor & Large-Format Campaign Creatives
For select campaigns—including special launches and collaborations—designs were created for roadside hoardings, posters, banners, and in-store digital displays.

Design focus:
High-impact visuals readable from a distance
Bold layout decisions suitable for large-scale formats
Adaptability across hoardings, standees, and digital screens
